I founded Get Money Saving with a clear, urgent mission: to provide the financial education that the traditional school system left behind. After earning my degree in Business, I realized that while I understood about money and finance, many people around me were never taught the basics of personal money management.
Seeing friends and family fall into unnecessary debt due to a lack of simple budgeting tools and financial literacy, I became passionate about democratizing money advice. I believes that managing money shouldn’t be a secret reserved for the wealthy, but a skill everyone can master.
In my free time, I stay sharp by doing boxing training playing football.
My fascination with how money works started during my MA in Economics, where I spent years studying the big picture of global markets. However, I soon realized that the most important economics happen at the kitchen table, not in a textbook.
I’m passionate about bridging that gap—taking complex financial concepts like compound interest, inflation, and market volatility and turning them into actionable strategies for everyday savers. Whether I’m deep-diving into the latest UK savings rates or explaining the ‘Rule of 72,’ my goal is to help you keep more of your hard-earned cash.
When I’m not analyzing spreadsheets or writing about ISAs, you’ll usually find me at a table tennis table working on my backhand. I believe financial health is a lot like sport: it requires a good strategy, consistent practice, and the right tools to win.
